The media could not be loaded. Posting this review after 3 days of heavy usage.I charged my galaxy Note 8 ( 3500 mah ) phone from 17% to 94% and after that, there were still 4 LED lights left on the power bank. During charging, I was using the phone for most of the time. Notification showed "Fast charging" in mobile, hence I can say that fast charging is working.After that I charged the mobile again from 40% to 100%. Charge left in Power Bank is now less than 75%You can charge 3500 mah mobile roughly around 4.5 times with this power bank.Pros:Design is very good.Battery backup is very good.Charging is really fast as claimed by company. ( Just like wall charger ).Size is well designed, it fits in pocket very well.USB type C cable provided with the power bank is perfect and compact.Cons:It is little heavy.Plastic body (though, it looks like premium quality)Many users are complaining that the power bank is not working after a month or week, and it shows only blinking LEDs when button is pressed. Dear friends, I too faced the same issue on the very first day and was frightened as hell. But later I found that it is not the defect, but the feature of Power bank. When you accidentally keep Power button pressed for long time ( I think for 10-15 seconds), the power bank resets itself. The LEDs will start blinking, and you wont be able to charge it.I have found a solution for this. First connect your wall charger with power bank. Then press power button. Leave it for 5-10 minutes. While the Power bank is in charging position, connect your mobile with power bank. ( Do not remove wall charger cable ). Now your wall charger is connected to your power bank and your power bank is connected to your mobile. Your power bank is now back to normal mode. Enjoy👍👍

I needed an extra power bank with a larger capacity. So this time I thought to give Ambrane a try, as i already have Honor & MI power banks (10000mAh ones). Compact form factor & sturdy design with ABS body.•••••••••••••➖ CONS•••••••••••••1. It does not auto-start charging when the device is connected.2. Since it has a touch button instead of push-button, it activates accidentally switching it on every time during handling.3. There is a lot of conversion loss & backup is slightly less for a 20000mAh power bank.▶ Cons are significant enough to reduce 1 star. There is scope for improvement (points 1 & 2) in this product in the same range. When i first received this power bank it came in a small box (approx 12x9x3cm, Mfg: Aug 2019) with everything forced in congested space. The issue i had in this one was that it came with open seal & no poly wrap around product box as if it was a used product or was tampered in between. So was skeptical about the authenticity of the product and ordered a replacement right away.→ This one had USB C cable but no carry pouch.2. When replacement came, it came in a poly-wrapped bigger box (22x10x4 cm, Mfg: Oct 2019) with an outer sleeve and main box inside with a hologram seal. Maybe Ambrane changed the packaging. The hologram seal here was intact but was also not applied properly to secure the opening. Looked like it was applied with an open box. So its presence was useless.→ This one came with Micro USB cable and a carry pouch.••••••••••••••••••••••••👜 CARRY POUCH••••••••••••••••••••••••→ As per my analysis carry pouch comes with the latest October lot which comes in a bigger box and was unavailable in earlier lot with a small box.→ Carry pouch size was appropriate for power bank and i had no trouble inserting power bank in it. (Some users reported it having a smaller opening but i had no trouble with it and found it to be a proper fit. Neither loose nor tight.→ Its soft nylon meshed pouch and is a nice addon.••••••••••••••••🏆 VERDICT••••••••••••••••▶ At the price point its not a bad deal. Its a midway path b/w low quality and high-quality ones. You can very well go for Ambrane, as it makes good quality & durable power banks. Rest, nothing is perfect in this world. For this thing only, 10 days replacement policy from Amazon and 1-year warranty from Ambrame is available.▶ If one can extend the budget by a few hundred, MI power bank will be a better option with a metallic body & better quality overall. I have MI, Honor & Ambrane power bank and their overall rating will be (from low to high) Ambrane → Honor → MI

Worst Experience Ever – Do Not Buy Ambrane PowerankI usually don’t write reviews, but my experience with Ambrane Powerank has been so frustrating that I feel compelled to warn others.This is hands down the worst product and worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Right after purchasing, I started facing issues, and when I reached out to customer support, there was ZERO help. No troubleshooting, no guidance—nothing. It’s like they vanish after selling you the product.And don’t even think about returns or refunds—they make it practically impossible. I'm stuck with a non-functional device and no way to return or get it fixed.The icing on the cake? Their nearest service center is two states away from where I live! Who expects customers to travel hundreds of kilometers for a basic service request?Ambrane seriously needs to work on their support system and accountability. Until then, I strongly recommend avoiding this brand at all costs. It’s just not worth the hassle.

1 port is charging very fast and another is in normal speed. overall value for money. ReCharging of the powerbank should be done with a higher watt charger.good product, overall value for money product.

The power bank finally stopped working after 518 days of purchase. Some components of IC inside has burnt out but batteries are still intact (I know because I opend and checked after the power back died).It had good backup and quick input & output charging with turbo charger and good cable. The original cable has broken down after 7-8 months so was using phone's charging cable after that.I feel that it should last longer atleast 2 more years.May be I'll purchase the same in few days or go with higher capacity
