Delicious coffee!
I found Lavazza coffee at a VRBO in San Diego, and have been drinking it since. When I found out they had an instant version, I tried it immediately. Is it as good as fresh-brewed Lavazza? Frankly, not exactly. But it has a "different but the same" flavor that isn't off-putting, like so many other instant coffees. If I'm in a hurry, the tradeoff is well worth it, because the instant is really good, just in a different way. It's still delicious.Anyone who dislikes standard instant coffee like I do, will understand this review. Don't hesitate to buy this, especially if you're a regular-brewed-Lavazza fan.

Pretty Amazing for an Instant.
I am a serious coffee addict and have a Jura coffee center and use freshly ground coffee beans for lattes every morning. When my machine needed maintenance and was going to be gone for two weeks, I resigned myself to going to the coffee shop every morning but decided to try instant coffee. I haven't used an instant coffee in years. Bought some Nescafe and, to me, it was awful. Got Starbucks Instant and marginally better. Since I have used Lavazza coffee beans for a while and find them to be a good value with great taste, I decided to try this instant espresso. I was pretty amazed. It even makes a crema on top. I add my foamed milk and it's a pretty decent latte. It's nowhere near freshly ground beans but boy is it easy. At least I can save a few bucks and drink this until my machine returns. Not sure everyone will feel this way, but it's the best instant I've ever tried.

Good, but not the best.
I drink a lot of coffee; I love it strong and very robust. This was not that. It is named “intenso”, so I decided to try it and other reviewers gave it very high marks. Some said it was the best instant coffee, hands down. It is also not made in Italy, so that was another falsehood. It is however, made in Switzerland for Lavazza Italy. The granules are pale in color and I needed to use at least 3 teaspoons for one cup of coffee. Good but not great.

Great taste
We love coffee. For reference in this house starbucks is a last resort/desperation coffee. I find it bitter ( I know, I know it's for quality control so they purposely over roastit all). I like strong coffee, not a lot of sugar (I like cream or occasionally I'll add amaretto because, well, because it's delicious and I'm Sicilian so it's in my dna or something. :pSo now you know my taste preferencesThis coffee fits the bill. It's strong but without the burnt/ bitterness. You don't need to add a ton to get a great instant cup of coffee. We've reordered because as far as instant- this wins. It's a bit pricey but alas that's what you pay for good coffee. Truthfully, sbux 1 cup is like 7 bucks, this was 11 and we got WAY more coffee and flavor so all in all, a good coffee investment.

The best!!
I love Lavazza! If you’re looking for a bold, rich, and nutty coffee, look no further! I’ve tried illy before and many other brands until I gave Lavazza a try, and it was one of the best decision I’ve ever made. You will not be disappointed! This is pretty concentrated in my opinion so start off with a tsp first.

Can definitely replace Starbucks!
I am a picky coffee/espresso drinker. I used to drink espresso from Starbucks, dunkin, and local coffee shops because brewing at home just isn't the same. Recently I realized I was spending way too much on going out to get coffee and my keurigg just wasn't doing it for me anymore so I started looking into instant coffee. I first tried the hill bros coffee and it was great if you like sweet, mild coffee and then decided to look around to see if I could find instant espresso, because I crave that slight rich, bitter taste that truly wakes you up. I found this instant espresso and I'm honestly in love. I will say if you like your coffee especially bitter yet creamy I would put two spoonfuls and heated up milk, but if you would like strong coffee that you can add flavor that you can taste both, like carmel, I would suggest heating up some 1/3 water and then adding milk. Creamy oatmilk with this coffee is just 😚👌🤌 chefs kiss. 10/10 would recommend for coffee snobs like myself.

Horrible taste
I like Lavazza coffee which is why I bought this instant version but this was terrible. Too bitter and bad taste. It was so bad I had to throw it out. I hope they make another instant coffee that is better than this. Very disappointing and waste of money.
