I've been using this about 2 weeks on my hip and elbow. I've used both hot and cold. it's very easy to use. The box contains a larger and smaller strap that fastens with Velcro. both straps stayed in place really well. the device worked really well for me. you can adjust the temp between a couple different cold and heat settings. I only charged it twice which surprised me. It's a hard plastic container so it isn't flexible but i didn't expect it to be. it wasn't uncomfortable but it did inhibit my arm movement when used on my elbow. Again, not a negative as that was expected. for the area i needed, the size was perfect. might be small if you need a large area covered such as a back. it's really quite powerful for the size. I thought it was a great deal and it helped mitigate the pain in my elbow and hip. I would recommend it.

I wish I would have noted when I plugged this in to charge for the first time because it took a long time—just be aware if you’re an impatient person.I don’t know how it works, but it works as described; the buttons are simple to press and responsive, the heat and cold work, but in my opinion, I wish it would get warmer—it does get hot, but I like really hot. It’s nice to not have to remember to put something in the freezer or microwave, so that is a bonus. The fan is a little loud, and it's kind of bulky—it’s small, though, so I think this is better suited for an arm or specific part of a leg in order to be effective. I look forward to trying this in the summer, though! Maybe it’ll help keep me cool outside wearing it on my arm or leg—we will see. The feature I like most is that you can set it to cycle through hot and cold without having to change anything—perfect for hot/cold therapy.

Came right on time. I was having knee issues and this was so much easier doing hot/cold alternating therapy than putting ice packs in the freezer and setting up the heating pad. After all if you have knee pain you don’t want to continue to get up and down back and forth to the freezer to do alternating therapy. This worked great and is user friendly. Easy to switch from hot to cold and cold to hot. Best of all it’s rechargeable and can walk around if I need to.

I was hoping this would work like a ice pack. For me it did not. It did get cool but did not have the same impact as ice packs do I took it on a trip after a knee surgery but did not use as it just did not work as I had hoped I would not recommend or buy again

This is a great product. If you have back pain, sciatica, or muscle spasms try this out. It sounds like a jet pack, but I don’t care because it has helped my back so much. I always use it on the mode that transitions from hot to cold automatically on its own. I suggested very highly.
