Impossible to set without potential injury.
I should have paid attention to the reviews before buying. I bought two of these to snare up my rabbit problem, and unfortunately, they were near impossible to actually set when you needed to. It says "watch our video" but there's no qr code to a video, and no video referenced anywhere to help you actually set these in the instructions. Yes, they come armed, but the safety clip is in place, so that's not really a concern. The design is just a bit complicated to be able to set the trap. Unfortunately, it didn't work for what I needed, and was not a good value for me. I returned these.

This trap works but only for smaller animals...
Be careful when setting this trap but once you get the hang of it, it works really well. I purchased it to get Raccoons that were tearing the cover on my pool. I caught squirrels and last night while on camera it went off on a Raccoon but he was able to get it off his head and move on. Hard to believe because the trap is strong. I'm looking for a cage trap now.

A honest Review
Not only not effective but also very unsafe, hurt my hand 3 times to set it up. once was set had my camera on it to see if it will go off. no the animal eat everything and and still did not go off.

Junk Traps!
got these, no instructions, poorly made, not like any body grip trap amazon should not be selling something they clearly dont understand. These traps are a bad joke ...on me!

Danger.
Both traps arrived in very thin box & were sent in set, or armed position. When removing from box, one traps safety holder, a very light weight piece of wire, had come off & trap exploded in my hand cutting a gash in my palm and traping my fingers. Being by myself, and having only one hand to work with, was very hard to free my hand. They never should have been sent to customer in armed position just to save money on a smaller package, Buyer beware. Both traps were returned next day to Amazon for refund. MADE IN CHINA.

These Traps Wouldn’t Catch A Cold
Very low quality of material and craftsmanship. Loose rivets that I have to drill out to put bolts in their place.
