Impossible quality - 2017 to 2024 - Daily used and very roughly used often
Well the quality of the product is impossible. I dont like writing reviews but i felt i owe a review for the product as I have used it so long without any trouble. I even used it to boil 1.8 l water for a quick winter shower. I dont say the the quality of eack pkoss would be same but the one that i used is and was truly incredible. I have used it from 2017 to 2024. Only now, after 7 years and including the times when the product landed hard on the ground, that one of the screws holding the handle got damaged and the top portion of the same came out. But the heater is still going great guns.I have ordered one more and hopefully this time as well, the product would be of the same impossible quality. Earlier in 2017 i had ordered the product from else where. But this time I have ordered ot from Amazon since I like Amazon service very much..Thanks to the manufacturers and Amazon for providing me the product for same a cheap price.

Bad quality product - would not recommend
Really disappointed with the product quality. Purchased it less than a year ago, and the kettle has stopped working thrice. Each time that it has gone to the authorized Prestige service centre for repairs, it has come back and again stopped working within a day. Would recommend against buying any Prestige product.
