FANTASTIC travel watercolor set!
I had been wishing for this set from different sources all much more expensive. I decided to purchase this one thru Amazon. It’s GREAT! Nice compact size with wells deep enough to hold a good amount of tubed watercolor paint (you load the pans yourself so you can pick the colors you use). Nice built in palette for mixing, water cup holder and included cup. Great value and I can’t imagine the more expensive ones could be built any better. The hinges are well made and the wood is beautiful. It has a mounting point on the bottom for adding a tripod for plein aire use. This size is extremely useful for those painting trips! I love it!❤️

The empty pans are not removable
I was very much in love with this beautiful little pallete and I've long been a devoted fan of Fuumuui brushes and papers as well as sketchbooks. However, once I had it, I was disappointed because not only are the empty pans not designed to come out of the places made for them, the places for pans wouldn't be of use to put my already filled pans into, anyway. I don't use tube paints. I've always chosen to use pan paints. So I had to buy a cheaper set of tube paints to fill the pans and that was a mess. Messy is probably my inexperienced fault, but it's done now and there's no going back. I still love Fuumuui products but if they continue to make this particular product, I heartily advise they make the wells in it slightly bigger and the pans removable so it's more versatile for people like me to use.

Read before purchase. Possible 2nds
I buy from Amazon everyday. I even buy all my groceries from Amazon because they delivery within 2 hours. I've also been a customer of Fuumuui for over 2 decades. I love their brushes. In all my years of ordering from Amazon I've only left a bad review once. This will be my second. Listen folks, this review hurts me. I didn't even buy this to review on my YouTube channel. I bought it with my own money for me because I plein air paint and use watercolor. So it hurts me that this company is selling such a poorly produced product. If you really really want this go for it, but know this: the wood isn't solid. It's peice parted together from scraps. There are corners missing from the brush compartment that have been sloppily filled with wood putty. Magnets are so far counter sunk they will not hold. That's the magnets that are even there. Two are missing completely. The mixing palette is a peice of white plastic that is covered in scratches, huge gouges, glue and odd divots. The piano hinges were not attached level so the mixing palette and water container will not sit level; therefore, the box doesn't close level or properly. The wood has scratches, gouges, there are peices missing completely and replicated with wood filler putty. I'm willing to bet these are either returns or seconds. If you can't afford to go with a name brand or if this is for a child this might work for you. If you have access to a handyman, this maybe for you. It's a cute size, but the appearance alone made me want to give it no stars at all. However, I gave 1 star for price & another for the three included quick release because a regular tripod quick release screw is too large for this. So the fact that they included a quick release is a must. So again, if you're getting it for a kid it's preteen it's okay. Just open it first to replace Magnets, clean it up, etc. If this is for an adult, please go with a name brand. Oh yeah, the brushes. Don't let me forget the two included brushes. I love them. Per usual Fuumuui makes a great travel brush. This box comes with one natural hair and one synthetic. Both great. You cannot go wrong with the Fuumuui brand brushes.

It's not the best, but definitely not the worst!
Mine didn't come in as horrible as the other review thank goodness, but, I did have to fix it a little. As soon as i opened up the trays, the mixing side, the acrylic piece just fell right out. So I had to glue that back in. Other than that, mine is in great condition. No missing magnets, brushes are incredible, hinges are nice and tight. Is it my favorite? No, there are alot better ones out there (the Ugo brand is my fav, but very pricey). But for the price, yeah it's absolutely worth it if all I had to do was squeeze a bit of glue out and wait for it to dry!

Quality Issues
Listen, the product objectively WORKS. But the quality for the cost is just not worth it. Scratches and dings everywhere, magnets inlaid inconsistently, and the pallettes are not only not removable, but they're ALSO inlaid inconsistently. Quality is just not there.

I have not taken out of the box so I can’t tell you
This is a gift that I’m not giving for another month or so so I cannot comment on it. It looks beautiful. We’ll see what happens.
