Works great - best part is NO BATTERIES

Will be returning. The protective sleeve on both thermometers was broken. Numbers are so small you can’t read them. The line never moved at all. Couldn’t even see it. C was a better but not by a lot. F was totally unreadable, making it useless.

The "C&T" oral thermometer is a thin glass thermometer marked in Centigrade and Fahrenheit scales. It takes a moment to find the right angle to read the measurement, but once you figure it out, easy enough. The material in the thermometer is a silver colored liquid, perhaps mercury? These thermometers are made from a thinner glass tube than I have used in the past, likely making them more fragile in use. For that reason I would nor use them for infants or those who cannot understand or follow directions.

haven't actually had call to use this yet but it has decent protection to keep them in one piece and not broken in storage.

Numbers are tiny and scale marks teeny and close together

There's no mercury in these, its a glass vial with markings on it, absolute scam

These are just so accurate. Yes it may take a little longer to wait but it will be accurate every time. They are pricey but they will last a life time. I have had 3 batter operated ones and all have broken in a 3 year span. Not wasting my money anymore. These are the best. Some will have to learn how to find the mercury, which takes time, but watch a you tube video like my son and you will be able to read it from then on. Well worth the investment.
