Look and works like new!
Ordered the Apple 2022 IPad Pro 6th Gen {12.9-inch, Wi-fi, 512 GB} renewed premium because I wanted Face ID. I was nervous about spending that much money on a used IPad but I am so glad I did. It was in perfect condition and Apple Support helped me several times with some apps that did not set up right. I did not realize I should not use it or my IPhone I was using to transfer information until it was completely done. That probably caused the problems but Apple was very helpful. I was really concerned about them helping me with a 2022 product that I had not even purchased from them but there was no problem.

Excellent.
This is an excellent product. The delivery was fast, and the packaging was of high quality. There were no scratches on the item, and the battery life is outstanding. The only downside is that they didn't have the 1TB version available. I hope they restock it soon so I can purchase it. Overall, I'm very pleased and can confidently say it was worth the money.

Great tablet, fast, excellent storage
Love this tablet. Purchased refurbished with a Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil. Like all Apple products, it was fast and easy to setup and seamlessly link to my other Apple devices. I purchased mostly for drawing but also to replace an aging MacBook Air. I read reviews that this isn’t a total laptop replacement. So far I have been able to do everything I did on my laptop without issue. I’m very pleased with my purchase. Drawing works flawlessly. Magic Keyboard makes it work like a laptop.

No chargers
It has no charger or cable. It’s not mentioned. I bought cable separately.

Great purchase
The media could not be loaded. Took a whole month to arrive, I was really impatient lol. Had maybe 2 small signs of use, screen looks great, no issues at all. I got the 2tb. Charger it’s slow so I suggest buying an original one before hand. Great for content creation. 👍

Received a non working iPad
Item arrived quickly, but completely unusable. This was categorized as. “Premium” refurbished item, yet the back has sticky residue from previous use and the iPad would not take a charge on any working Apple charger. I was excited to receive this product, but now having to go through the return process and wait for a refund for an expensive item makes me think the gamble is not worth the risk
