I had minor tricep tear and after weeks of of rest I got tired of waiting and just like anybody else I hit arms and still it was painful. I bought these to assist with the lift on chest day, and bro, let me tell you, I'm lifting pain-free and heavier than ever! On top of that, my arm has time to heal because I'm further damaging my arm from stubbornness. Even if I wasn't injured, I'll continue to use these. They are comfortable and extremely helpful.

They work alright. Slide done arm, even when real tight. Uncomfortable as straps move and binds in elbow crease bad.

this size fits 16-17 inch arms.
if your arm is bigger than 18 inches get a larger size, the large size fits 16-17 inch arms.

Great for Dealing with Elbow Pain During Lifts
I was dealing with intermittent elbow/tricep pain when doing dumbbell curls and tricep exercises and was looking for a way to deal with the pain while still being able to build strength. These elbow sleeves worked great to get me through that period and now I'm back to being able to lift without pain. I am glad that they introduced a new larger XXL size as that was my only issue was that I wished mine were a bit larger, but at the time the XL size was the largest they had. Glad to see that they resolved this and have been happy with the product.

So small
The product quality seems to be just fine.But the XL size is more like a Medium size.Way too tight, could barely get it up to my elbow.I'm not a big guy.

Just What I Needed
I use these to protect my elbows after a recent tennis elbow like injury after doing arm curls with too much weight. Now I have no fear and these keep my elbows from secure.
