Creatine King
It's creatine. If you exercise regularly and have had any introduction into the muscle building 'space', you'll know the benefits and why creatine is so important for growth. This particular brand is new to me but the effects work the same. Great to see a vegan option for those that need it, with added vitamins. This stuff is flavourless, so be sure to add it to your flavoured protein shake for a comfortable consumption experience.

Gains in a Jar
Decided to give this creatine powder a shot after hearing all the gym bros rave about it. Gotta say, I'm pretty impressed! The 500g tub lasts forever - seriously, 166 servings is no joke. It's unflavored, which is great 'cause I can mix it with anything without messing up the taste.I've been using it for a few weeks now, and I feel like I'm seeing some results. My workouts seem a bit stronger, and I'm not as wiped out afterward. The whole micronized thing means it mixes pretty well - no chalky chunks in my shakes.Love that it's vegan (even though I'm not) and the added Vitamin B6 is a nice touch. Can't say I notice the B6, but hey, extra vitamins can't hurt, right?Only downside? Sometimes it can be a bit messy when scooping. And remember, you gotta stay consistent with it - it's not some magic powder that'll turn you into the Hulk overnight.Overall, solid supplement if you're looking to step up your fitness game. Just don't forget to pair it with actual workouts and a decent diet!

pretty good
I’ve been using this micronized creatine for a while now, and it’s definitely doing the job. The powder itself is super fine (the 200 mesh claim holds up), so it mixes really well with water, protein shakes, or whatever you’re adding it to—no clumps or gritty texture, which is a huge win. Being unflavoured, it’s versatile, though you’ll still notice a slight chalkiness if you mix it with plain water.Performance-wise, it’s been great. After consistent use, I’ve noticed better endurance during workouts and improved recovery afterward. It’s a staple for my routine now, whether pre- or post-workout. Plus, with 500g and over 160 servings, the value is hard to beat, especially compared to pricier options that essentially do the same thing. The added Vitamin B6 is a nice touch, though I can’t say I’ve noticed much of a difference from it alone. My only small gripe is the packaging—it’s a bit basic and can get messy if you’re not careful with the scoop.Overall, this is reliable, straightforward creatine that delivers results without frills or gimmicks. Perfect if you’re looking to stock up and stick to the basics without breaking the bank!

a fantastic choice for anyone wishing to improve their fitness, men and women. It offers great value for money, with 500g providing 166 servings. The powder has no taste, blends well, and has extra vitamin B6 for health advantages. Perfect for pre-workout, and post-workout, it helps in improving performance and promoting muscle recovery without adding unnecessary ingredients. Easy to dissolve and flavourless
This is a good quality creatine power that dissolves really quickly in water and doesn’t have much of a taste. I add it to my protein shake, but I’ve also had it just with water and it’s palatable. The tub isn’t the most compact packaging, so I only use it at home. I prefer resealable pouches for taking to the gym. Still, it’s easy to scoop from and looks good.I’ve used creatine before so I know that it helps me build more muscle than without it. I’ve not noticed any changes in my performance since switching to this brand.Overall, I think it’s good.

Good product
Doesn’t taste of much but makes a good protein drink.

Impressed
What I like about this is it seems to give me energy before a workout. Usually with creatine I've been taking it afterwards for muscle recovery etc, but this seems to give me a lift, I think it must be the B vitamins. No flavour which is perfect as I can add to porridge, or dissolves easily in a smoothie or shake.

Promising Results Ahead
I ordered the Micronized Creatine Monohydrate Powder (500g) for myself, and although I’ve just started taking it, I’m feeling positive about its potential effects. The powder is pretty much tasteless, which makes it easy to mix with water. The product comes with a 3-gram scoop, but I had to dig deep inside the container to find it, as it was buried quite low. At this dosage, the total content provides enough for 166 servings, which should last about five months if taken daily.Designed to complement resistance training, this creatine powder supports muscle strength and daily use. It’s infused with methylated active Vitamin B6, contributing to normal energy-yielding metabolism while helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Overall, I’m happy with this product and would recommend it to others looking to enhance their workout routine.
