First off, this is NOT a men's girdle. If you are buying it thinking it's gonna shape you up like a girdle you're gonna be disappointed. What this does do, for me, is improve my posture, helps me keep my shirt tucked in properly and, gives me an extra boost of confidence out in public.If you know what ur getting this is excellent value for the money

These seem to be good quality buy I bought my regular XXL size and I couldn't get these over my head much less onto my body. I knew they were compression but these were unusable to me. Sent them back.

I bought these compression shirts during Amazon Day at what seemed like a decent price--one that made me figure that the price was worth the risk of receiving a bad item. Well, I was right to be skeptical. I bought the size recommended by most of the reviews I consulted, and I made sure to put them on by "stepping into" the shirt. When doing so the fabric ripped at the places where the undershirt is supposed to have some give for compression. In fact, they ripped in several places, and they certainly failed to provide any support with body form compression because they ripped more. I waited too long to initiate the return process so these weren't returned, but I did buy them assuming that there could be a risk of the price being too good to be true, at least for a quality product. I recommend the more expensive options out there for true compression/body shaping undershirts--at least ones that are quality-made and will not rip the first time they are worn.

If you're trying to look your best, and you've got a little more around your mid section than you'd like to gents, then this is what you need. It brings your gut in a bit more to help.*edit*After a couple uses it seems like the elastic it tending to wear thin, otherwise works pretty well

Ehh. It was ok. I guess I was expecting a miracle and it was going to make me look like I got my 20 year old ripped body back. Getting into shape is always a better alternative. I’m 5’9” and weight 225. I got the large? But was thinking maybe I should have got the medium for better support. After a little razzing from my wife said regardless or small or medium you got a gut and I should get rid of it instead of trying to hide it. I agreed while finishing off that last doughnut. Hey, Not everyone can stay sexy like her. 30 years of marriage and she’s still smoking hot while I’m trying to keep from passing out while tying my shoes.

It was really comfortable to wear, and made me look slimmer. I would get the size that they recommend. It seems to be the right fit. The material is very strong, where you can yank and pull and not worry about it ripping at all. It also is invisible underneath my shirt which was something That i was very concerned about. I could not tell and neither could the people around me. I look good when I am wearing this, and it gives me confidence to be a bigger guy and look good in the clothes I like to wear!

I purchase the XXL and the top areas are okay but the garment isnt long enough to keep your gut in. The ride up and then you end up with the plumbers crack issue which chucky men deal with. Again I have to laugh at the ads for these garments notice its all guys with perfect bodies. These ride up and basically dont work on bigger men with a stomach which is why I got these. The garment itself looks like quality once washed it gets even smaller. So if you have a small gut or love handles maybe these work but really they need to be longer and thats not offered.
