Excellent supplement

Great way to add colostrum to supplementationin combination with creatine. You need a good stir to mix it into your morning beverage, otherwise it was a great test run. I recently purchased two more when my debut product ran out. (Previously took creatine solo).

Good taste and easy to mix. I use before my workout.

I have been wanting to add some creatine to my diet to help with building muscle and recovery. So far I really like this mix because it blends well with my coffee or with a protein shake. It is tasteless and dissolves easily. It is easy to digest and I have not any issues with my tummy while using it. So far it seems like a good product.
