In the picture I've posted you can see everything that comes in the box minus a small instruction manual that will show you how to operate it, but not much more. There are 5 attachments in all, one is already on the device and the other 4 you will see in the box. This device seems to be well made and works good especially for the price. The suction power is good, it's easy to get carried away though or at least I did at first. It would've helped if there were more detailed instructions on how to properly use the device. I had never used one before and would've benefited from some how to or some don't do this information. Especially on how to clean, I still don't know if there is a way to empty out what you suck up into it. I learned that you can easily leave a mark on your face if you use it in one spot too long. In hindsight it should've been obvious to me that using it in one spot for too long, could leave a mark. However it never crossed my mind when I first started using it. It took a while but through trial and error I was able to get the results I was looking for. The attachments and especially the manual metal blackhead removers were very helpful. You can see them in the picture I posted along with the attachments. You will need a USB charger to plug in the power cord (which is really short as you can see in the photo) that comes with it, in order to charge it. It holds a charge for a quite a while depending on use of course. All in all I would definitely recommend it, especially if you are looking for a low price decent quality pore vacuum cleaner.

This item is worth it. To my surprise this item does what it says! I had tiny clogged pores and it easily unclogged them. It's important to open the pores with steaming or a very warm washcloth, and don't hold it in one place; move it back and forth; as it can cause a red spot from the suction, it will take a day for it to go away.

Ugh. I’m pretty disappointed in this. There’s zero; absolutely zero suction. I read and reread directions multiple times and I still couldn’t get any suction power. The suction was so weak it would not get one single blackhead so it didn’t work. Not the best quality. Doesn’t help in skin care because it doesn’t work. Disappointed to say the least.

This works but maybe too much suction for old skin. When I used it, my skin had "bruised" or old lady skin marks for a couple days after. Too much suction for me, probably would have worked when I was younger.

I was skeptical at first, considering the price, I was not expecting much from this tool. However, I was hopeful that it wouldn’t be a complete waste AND it turns out that it wasn’t a waste at all. The suction can get relatively strong too! I will say, I had much better luck when I used the tool to kind of lance the pimple first. I also noticed that after using it , some areas still appear to be inflamed but after washing the area (it has currently been used on the face by us) and giving it a couple hours for the area to not be so bothered, and calm down, you really can see the progress.Note: I feel that with regular use the progress will be much more noticeable for less apparent areas (like white heads or black heads on the nose).Overall, while this device is not a magical wonder that will clear all blemishes overnight, I do definitely see its potential! Hope this can help you make your best decision on purchasing!Note 2: I removed 1 star due to the lack of any written directions or even diagrams. I prefer these in items I purchase. That is not to say that it was difficult to look back on the product page and/or google.

I’ve been using this blackhead remover for a while now and while it does the job, it’s not perfect. The device comes with multiple tips, which is great for different needs, but cleaning them is a bit of a hassle. It’s not as easy as I’d hoped, and it takes some effort to get them fully clean.The suction power is adjustable with three settings, but even on the highest setting, I find it doesn't have enough power to really deep-clean my pores as effectively as I’d like. It’s good for surface cleaning, but doesn’t quite meet my expectations for a deep cleanse.Overall, it’s decent, but there are definitely some areas that could be improved. It works okay for light maintenance, but I’d recommend looking at other options if you need something with stronger suction or easier maintenance.

The suction isn't very powerful and doesn't work for me.

I have a FB friend who is an influencer & posted a similar gadget saying how she looked on Amazon for one & the reviews were bad & she found one else where & if you use her code yada yada. I figured she said that just so hers would get bought & use her code. Instead I did go to Amazon and read various reviews that these devices actually work a bit too well. Excitedly I bought this & it's absolutely true! Do NOT leave the suction on an area for any amount of time. I tried my best to make movement while suction, but one spot on my nose got a tiny hickie mark, but it was gone within a day. I've always had a ton of black heads no matter what skin care or how much I exfoliate. Even on the lightest setting it worked great and it's been a week and I can probably use it again. So I was not only impressed with how well it worked, but also how long my black heads stayed away. One of the bestest things I've bought on Amazon in a long time. Very grateful.
