I really hate leaving a 1 star review. Not even sure I've ever left a negative review.. I know nothing last forever, and I'm generally happy when the life span of my purchases live up to my expectation. With this phone I was expecting at least a year before I broke the screen.. But that's NOT how my Fossibot-109 phone broke.. If I had damaged the unit even by accident, I would except my fault, and suck it up. I would not leave a negative comment, or a 1 star review based on my negligence.I purchased this phone November, 2 2024, with the intentions of getting at least a year out of it.. The phone itself is built like a tank, and everything was great. Until February 22, 2024, I went to plug the phone up to the charger, and noticed something wasn't right. It looked like the guts of the charging port had been damaged. The charging cord pulled the main body of the internal connector out of the charging port, and left a mangled mesh of wires in it's place. It's like the circuit board was in the charger cord, and the wire-prong connectors were mangled..With No way to charge the phone with the original charger, I googled wireless charging compatibility for this particular phone, (although It was information from google, and NOT amazon it said it was QI wireless charging-pad compatible), so I figured I would try a wireless charging pad. I purchased a Mophie 15-watt Fast Charge Qi Designed for QI Compliance wireless charger, which failed to work with the Fossibot 109. So today 2/24/2025 I went to a big-named box store and purchased their best QI wireless charging pads (capable of charging 3 devices at once), and tried it before I left the store.. It did not work either.I reached out to try to send a message to the seller of this product on 2/23/2025, to see if there was a recommended wireless charger for this specific phone, but I can't even see where the message was sent. I'm not sure if the messaged failed to send due to the time lapse of the purchase of the product.I honestly wish I just had a way to charge the phone, because I really enjoy the product. I'm only disappointed that this unit was advertised as a top of the line highly durable unit, only to the have the charging port become severely damaged by simply doing what it's designed to do, which is charge the unit. I've had less durable and much cheaper phones last longer, while only remembering one being damaged at the charging port, (due to debris) but I had that phone for a long time.

Very good phone to this day,the battery performs very well, the functions excellent, I am learning more every day. Something very important or basic, it is essential to have the SIM card before ordering the phone since some phone companies to issue a SIM card register the IMEI is when according to the security protocols of each company they accept or reject the device, especially if it is a new or foreign device. In addition, if you plan to use the SIM card of your old phone, check if you should notify the company or not when changing, especially because of the IMEI issue. I hope this information is useful

Get it! Price is very good. Fast phone. Does everything the $2000 phones do and more. Long battery life.Only con is it's thick and heavy phone. I don't care because of all the pros.

I was nervous to say the least to buy an "off brand" name phone, especially at this price. But, I have thus far been pleasantly surprised. The phone has yet to let me down. I work in the trades doing concrete, so I needed a "rugged" phone that I did not have to constantly worry about getting broken or ruined. This phone literally has the ability to take pictures under water!? It is fast with plenty of storage and then some. It is on the bulky/heavy side (even more so with the case on it which I am honestly not even sure it really even needs one). With an actual metal case with actual screws holding it together, it absolutely feels solid and I guess I expected that a little, it being a "rugged" phone. My only real complaint if I have one, is the lack of options or ability to find cases and or screen protectors. There is a VERY limited amount and they all are shipped from China without the option for Prime shipping. If you are like me and need a reliable phone that can handle the every day beating of blue collar life or life outdoors or anything along those lines, do yourself the favor and keep the extra money in your pocket instead of paying extra just for the name and get yourself one of these.

I love this phome. The back screen, the camera with underwater capability, no lag, the battery can easily last 2-3 days no joke. This is a big heavy quality phone that doesn't need a case or screen protectors.UPDATE:This phone should have a screen protector because I dropped it and cracked the screen today.

I thought this phone would be good despite the size/weight, but so far it just seems incredibly difficult to operate. I set all of my home screen apps up into folders like I wanted, then while messing with the settings to see what did what, it deleted all of my folders and spread them back out. Parts of the screen often flicker while changing screens. I still have no idea what the red button does and the graphics feel like a class B movie. Do not personally recommend.

I paid 299.00 for this phone and after 2 months the charging port stopped working, so I contacted Amazon and they said for me to contact seller, so I tried and nothing. I'm now stuck with a 299.00 dollar dead phone. Not to mention it claims to be compatible with T-Mobile but is only partially compatible.
