I’ve been taking these for two weeks and have so much new hair growth. My skin seems about the same., maybe a little less dry but I haven’t noticed and major changes. They taste great and done leave a weird aftertaste. I’ve tried a few different brands to help my hair and skin and these vitamins are the only ones that make such a noticeable difference.

It’s my first time ordering and I wanted to order the berry flavored ones but unfortunately, Amazon does not offer free shipping to my location for that product so I sorted to the citrus ones instead. It’s true that the gummies did not stick to each other but just to be sure the inside is not too humid, I placed a food grade desiccant. This bottle supply of gummies is good for more than 3 months. Hair growth seems to be noticeable with at least 2 weeks continuous intake. Also, the tropical citrus flavor isn’t that bad. I highly recommend these.
