I liked that there was no smell. It was easy to apply and worked very quickly. It didn't get into the tightest, most intricately decorated parts of the silverware, but did a good job. I've recommended it and sent one to my niece.

It is a good product very easy to use. It really shines the silver. But not very effective where there are intrucate designs.

Been using this for years and was delighted to see it is now available in UK, as I was getting tired of having to carry it back every time I crossed the pond. (the TAA inspectors ALWAYS opened my cases to see what it was). Really the best product on the market for cleaning silver, and no horrid red mess to clean up as with other products.

Product arrived damaged

I recently came across my sons silver carousel money box, that he had as a baby. (He's now 24) he had put it away long ago, and it hadn't seen the light of day, or ever been cleaned or polished. All the silver had turned black over the year's, and I didn't think that it would ever look as shiny and new as it once had. I bought 2 silver products, this and a sort of cotton wool impregnated version, the latter didn't really do much especially for the intricate details on the money box. I thought that I would never get it clean again, until I used the Wright's silver cream. I started on the other side of the money box which hadn't been touched. The sponge provided with it, is a great help for getting into those small awkeard places, where I dabbed it on. I left it on for a while before rinsing it off. I was amazed, it looked as new when I had polished it up, as it did the day he received it. This is a brilliant product, and I would defiantly record you try it.
