I’ve been using lutein/zeaxanthin for a while with good results. Just had my first eye checkup in years and since I spend way too much time in front of a TV, computer, or phone screen, (I know, that’s just a “me” problem) was expecting bad results. Went much better than expected. Since research also seems to point to this combo being useful for the eyes, I’d have to say it appears useful.Good taste, the ease of gummies (which I really like). Has some nice overall extras so you may find you can drop some other supplements, but some of the extras seem a little redundant. YMMV depending on what else you use for supplementation.Keeping this a short review. I have a game to play. But at least I can see it!

As with any vitamin you hope you are getting what is on the label. These do taste good and I like the ingredient list.

This is my second order of these. I can only hope they are working.

My vitamin I loved was not available, and this looked like a good substitute. It is not. Even though it’s a gummy, it has a chalky texture and taste. It does not help with my dry eyes, it almost seems to make them worse. I regret that I got a two pack.

These do taste pretty good. I haven't experienced any unwanted or negative side-effects so far. It's hard to say if they are really working or not, though... I'm just trying to slow down the seemingly inevitable decline in eyesight due to age. I suppose that only time will tell, and even then, how can one objectively compare the effectiveness (aside from well done clinical studies). I certainly do hope that they help!
