Excellent quality! Love this executive office chair and feels extremely comfortable. Classy and wide to sit in. Definitely worth the price. Little difficult directions but easy enough once you realize the brackets are already together and need separated to screw in place on the back support. Definitely a must buy if you don’t wanna buy a $1000 executive chair

The finish is not really the distressed leather it appears as in the photo, more of a textured cloth. It looks nice, but not what I was expecting.Easy assembly.Not very comfortable. I'll live with it, but if I could reverse the tape, I wouldn't buy.

I purchased the product for reshipment to Bogota, Colombia through a shipping forwarder. Due to an understandable human error, the product that arrived was not the one I purchased. It was more expensive to return the wrong product than to buy a new one. The supplier accepted their mistake. They did not require me to return the wrong product due to the cost of the return and sent me the correct product that I had purchased. The product was excellent and the supplier was very serious. I recommend them.

The media could not be loaded. Comfy, quite loud and squeaky, like sitting in a giant fart, but it doesn’t smell. The tilt is high quality, it feels very natural to lean back. The winged inside corners slide into place with metal brackets that were rather hard to remove when assembling, but manageable once I figured out what needed to be done. The chair is wide but short in my opinion, luckily I’m short so it doesn’t really matter but to someone who’s quite tall I don’t think the chair would be right, unless you like feeling like you’re sitting at a child’s desk. The legs are also real wood coverings, over a metal chassis that you screw in, super easy with a drill or a screw gun. It looks nice enough, and people think it’s nicer than it is when they see it. I think 200 dollars is an appropriate price for this chair. I do wish the chair was quieter in terms of when you sit in it, adjust yourself, and get up… but other than that it’s a pretty solid buy. I just wish I could’ve gotten it in a burgundy, but the black will do. Also, you may not sit as extreme as I do, but I think it gives you the best idea of what it’s like.

DONT DO IT!! Item came with manufacturer defect where the back support was upholstered unevenly and showing gap where hardware and daylight could be seen between wing and back of chair. Requested replacement back piece that had defect, but they could not. They only offered me return label that I would have to pay shipping for which was almost 400.00. I did not feel it was fair that I should be out a large shipping fee for defective item. They only offered a 15.00 partial refund and then only 25.00. It of course will cost much more to have the defect repaired. The seller claimed the defect was not noticeable.Update: over a month, 700.00, and 20 communications later, I finally received return and reimbursement of return shipping fee, but only as Amazon gift card. The seller cancelled my claim several times and followed through on threat to make return difficult for me. I will never purchase from a third party seller in the future. It’s not worth what I went through when there’s a defect or issue. Amazon was horrible to me until the 20th contact with them when someone finally completed the return and reimbursement.

Don't buy if you want a classy chair for your office. First day I put it together a button top fell off and it cannot be fixed. Cheap materials. Cheap looking. Customer Service did give me a small refund ($20) to cover the button damage and to encourage me to keep the chair instead of returning it. I would have returned it but it would have been a hassle so I decided to keep it.
