I got this for a few different Japanese recipes I made last week and very happy with the taste and quality of this brand. I was a little disappointed at how small the bottle was when I received it but that is my own fault for not paying attention to the size listed when ordering it.

I haven't used this Dashi yet, but I am looking forward to adding a slight teaspoon to white rice and possibly other food items. I didn't know about this spice but my son did from his time in Connecticut. Based on my son's ravings I recommend this product.The order, shipping and delivery process was very quick and easy.
