Been looking for a charging solution for my Meta Ray-Ban for a while, bought a charging cable from Etsy, see pic for compare. The one from Etsy is 3-D printed, looks very unpolished. This one is much more discreet and cord is much thinner. I managed to wear it with the cable on for a week and nobody noticed.The only thing I wish is there is no logo up in the front, and the USB-C cord is just 2 inches longer.

From what I can find, this is about the only solution to keep your glasses charged while using them. I'm sure you know that the Meta glasses battery life is really subpar. It definitely won't last a whole day and under heavy use, the battery life is abysmal. If you are a heavy user of your meta glasses and need it working longer, this allows you to keep using your glasses without having to remove them to charge in between uses. It's very small and discreet. The wire is about as small as it can be so you can keep it hidden and out of the way fairly well.The main down side is that the part that attaches to the charging contacts of your glasses is small and seems fragile. This is a problem because you have to constantly put them on and off to charge your glasses. The reason is in order charge the Meta glasses with this cable, you have to have the cable plugged into a power bank first before attaching it to your glasses. This was stated in the instructions. I found that if they're already attached to your glasses and then you plug the cable into a power bank, it will not charge. I'm not sure why it's this way, but this does mean that if you unplug it from a power bank, you'll have to also detach the charging cable from your glasses as well. I would advise being careful when putting it on and off.

I was looking for a way to charge my Meta Ray Ban sunglasses for on the go and came across this charging cable. This is a great idea for when you want something small and easy to take with you to charge your glasses but I will say that this cable is quite thin and feels kinda fragile and the clip that clips onto the glasses charging area seems to be a little fragile as well. I was able to connect my glasses without any issues but you have to place the clip in the correct position and it will basically snap on. I can see this snap on type connector breaking easily after using it so many times. The other end of the cable is USB-C which I prefer nowadays versus USB-A. I also feel that for the price, it should have included a charging adapter to connect to.Overall, if you are looking for a charging cable to charge your meta sunglasses, I would give this cable a try but keep in mind that it is a little flimsy and probably won't stand up to too much abuse.

The way this is built really makes it fragile when trying to insert it to your glasses. I didn't even have a chance to use it at all as it snapped right off once i tried to fit it on my 4006 meta ray ban glasses for the first time. I was able to get it to charge a little bit but without that front plate holding onto the glasses it won't charge too well. There are better build quality meta glasses charger out there and unfortunately this is not it. Luckily this is not my first charging cable so i can compare the build quality and this one is just too fragile. Even if it wasn't snapped, the wires don't really have protection on the bending points which over time it can start to pull off or rip.

When attempting to connect the first time, the housing fell a part. A dab of glue possibly could have fixed. However, for the price, I don’t think me having to keep gluing it is a fair price. I did end up returning it.
