A little Spicy but so worth it!
This review is for "Cayenne Pepper Supplement Liquid Drops + Hawthorn Berry, Vitamin D3 K2 Beet Root Powder, Ceylon Cinnamon, Turmeric Curcumin, Organic Panax Ginseng - 4oz"I’ve been using the Cayenne Pepper Supplement Liquid Drops for a few weeks now, and I can honestly feel a difference in my overall energy and circulation. What drew me to it was the combination of ingredients—it’s packed with some heavy hitters like hawthorn berry, vitamin D3 and K2, beet root, turmeric, Ceylon cinnamon, and Panax ginseng. It feels like a well-rounded blend for supporting heart health, metabolism, and inflammation, which is exactly what I was looking for.The quality of the formula seems really solid. The liquid is smooth, not gritty or harsh, and it absorbs quickly when I take it under my tongue or add it to a little juice. I love that it uses Ceylon cinnamon instead of the more common cassia and that the turmeric is paired with other supportive ingredients to actually help it work in the body.It tastes a little spicy from the cayenne, but not in a bad way—it’s warming, not overwhelming. As a person who is sensitive to spicy ingredients, I can honestly say it's not that bad.As far as value for money, I think it’s a great deal for what you’re getting. The bottle lasts a good while, especially since you only need a dropper or two per day, and I appreciate that I don’t have to swallow multiple pills to get all these benefits.Overall, it’s become part of my daily routine and I genuinely feel like it’s supporting my energy levels and helping with inflammation.Highly recommend!

Sour taste but great ingredients
I’m not going to profess that I have any scientific or nutritional science knowledge to share because I don’t, I’m just like you, a normal person trying to do my best to get my body and mind in the healthiest place I can. It sucks feeling tired and unmotivated. Sometimes I just don’t want to get out of bed and there’s never enough hours in a day to do everything that needs to be done.So how am I supposed to get my health back from my youth days? I know that setting a good diet along with exercise is the main way. But in addition to that, I found that adding dietary supplements with great natural ingredients, no fillers and rich in antioxidants among other powerful ingredients help sharpen my mind, put a skip in my step and are hopefully helping my heart and blood pressure as well as other bodily and mind postitives. It’s hard to review supplements as there is no direct thing to pinpont and say it works or it doesn’t. It’s just a subtle feeling and you know whether you’re feeling better or not from before you started taking the supplements. And how do you know which are the good, effective or safe supplements from the bad ones? You don’t. Being it’s such an unregulated industry, you have to read the ingredients list and look for organic, natural ingredients such as those in the Liberty brand Cayenne Pepper, Hawthorne, Beet, Ginger, Turmeric, Vitamin K2 & D3 bottle. I prefer sublingual (liquid and under the tongue) as it absorbs into the body faster than pills. As I age, keeping my blood pressure in check, reducing joint pain and lowering my cholesterol are every day events for me. So products like this help to keep my body running smoother than if I had not taken them.I haven’t had any issues or side effects like nausea or upset stomach and I have been using this supplement for a few weeks now.Personally, I never take the full suggested serving size as I like to slowly introduce my body to new things I’m putting in it. At $19.95 I also find it a better value if I can get a few extra servings out of it. The price seems a little high for only a months supply but the ingredients are organic. The only two things I’m not thrilled about are: (1) the dropper’s in these liquid bottles never fully give you a full 1ml when you draw them out, it’s always only .25ml or .5ml and the suggested serving size here is 2ml, which could have you going back in the bottle 4-8 times which is silly. The taste, it’s just ok. It smells like Cinnamon but the flavor is like a sour Cinnamon. Its not terrible and it just means they didn’t add any fake sugars to sweeten it.Lastly, if you take a daily vitamin with supplements or several different supplements together, always check to see what ingredients overlap in each one as you don’t want to take more than is safe.

A staple for wellbeing!
Talk about a great daily supplement! This will help with blood pressure, circulation, joint pain and immune support! With the cayenne pepper, turmeric and black pepper, it will help with circulation, blood pressure and healing. I was concerned with upsetting my stomach, but to my surprise, there is no irritation at all. The turmeric coupled with black pepper is a well known mixture with multiple benefits.Hawthorne berry is a lesser known powerhouse but helps with a myriad of issues. They are rich in antioxidants, including flavonoids and proanthocyanidins, which can help protect against heart disease by improving circulation, lowering blood pressure, and reducing cholesterol levels. Additionally, hawthorn berries have been used traditionally and are suggested in some research to aid digestion, reduce anxiety, and potentially have anti-aging properties.Ceylon Cinnamon: The vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants in Ceylon cinnamon provide significant health benefits. For example, cinnamon is full of beta-carotene, which is part of the reason for its rich brown color. The carotene family of pigments acts as important provitamins since they can be converted into vitamin A. This vitamin is an important part of keeping your eyes healthy. It can also help with lowering cholesterol levels, reducing inflammation, improve insulin response reducing insulin resistance, reduce blood pressure, prevent Alzheimer’s, prevent cancer, relieve gut discomfort and the list goes on. Of course these statements have not been validated by the FDA, but tests prove otherwise. (I have to put that in there.)Beet juice extract offers several health benefits, primarily due to its high nitrate content and rich nutritional profile. It's known for its ability to lower blood pressure, enhance athletic performance, and support liver health. Additionally, beet juice is a good source of potassium, iron, and manganese, and contains antioxidants and anti-inflammatory compounds.Vitamin D3 and K2 work synergistically to improve bone health, cardiovascular health, and potentially support weight management. Vitamin D3 aids in calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 helps direct that calcium to the bones, improving bone density and reducing fracture risk. This duo also supports cardiovascular health by helping to ensure calcium is deposited in bones rather than arteries.I can tell the benefits by the way I feel when I take it va when I don’t. Without it, I feel a little more sluggish throughout the day and slightly drained. This will be on auto ship for sure!
