When I first got the box, I thought they sent me the wrong thing because it says, Back Brace," but it is exactly the right thing. It is easy to assemble and does a good job at keeping my shoulders back--even when I am working on the computer. When I lean forward, it doesn't allow you to bend into a hunch, but keeps your back straight. If you are not accustomed to having good posture, you may experience a little discomfort after a short period of time. I have just had to gradually increase my time wearing it until I can hardly tell that it's on.

I got this because I wanted something small that I could carry with me and not have to worry about it being noticed while I wore it. I also like that it can be resized so that multiple people can share the device if wanted. So far it feels easy to use and doesn't seem to impact the day to day.

I wish I had ordered a bigger size but this one still works. I thought it was gonna be bud and bulky buts it's not. It's very slim and light. Could wear under a shirt and no one would know.made of high quality material and comfortable. Nice product for the price point.

Very uncomfortable, digs into your arm pits, I couldn't wear this for more than 30 minutes. It does help with posture correction but it is hard to tolerate. I am returning it after trying it for 30 minutes.

I’m genuinely surprised that this works. It was very easy to assemble and it’s very lightweight and breathable. It can be worn under your clothes also without it being noticeable. It can be adjusted to suit your desired comfort and you do get value for your money.
