Q: Does this watch require a battery?

Hi Michael,yes this watch requires a battery. I contacted Bulova Re battery life & this was their answer "the cell should last at least 3 years". Considering the sweeping 2nd hand, I find this to be very good & was certainly a factor in buying this time piece, as I didn't want to be constantly changing batteries. Battery life will also be dependant on how often you use the chronograph feature I suspect.

The little hands only move when using the chronometer function.

Q: Why is the price on this watch so in expensive? Its marked down 50% is it on knockoff? Seems too good to be true. Thanks
