Unicorn exceeded expectations, Amazon failed delivery
The Unicorn exceeded expectations; Amazon definitely failed them—they weren’t even close on the delivery date and revised it multiple times. Sometimes, they would send an email saying it changed again but not list a new ETA, and I would check my account on the app and it would say that it was still coming that day after 3 revisions, it didn’t.That is after it already missed my daughters birthday and other days and I thought it was coming based on their app and told her about it, then it didn’t show up again.Good thing the product was better than the job Amazon did— my daughter was especially happy with this toy as she loves unicorns right now. I also was pleased and thought it was better than quite a few comparative toys on the market and definitely worth the price.

My niece loved it, but packaging was busted
This was a present for my niece and while it was just as described and she loved it, the box came completely busted up. And I don’t mean the kind that happens in shipping, I mean clearly the kind that happens at the manufacturer when it falls off a pallet and gets trampled on or something. Luckily she’s 7 and could care less about the packaging, but not exactly ideal for gift-giving. Otherwise, great gift.
