Extreme discomfort
This brace is not good at all. Here's why.Because there's no support for the sole of the foot, it pulls on the toes and pulls on the sole of the foot. This isn't what you want if you have plantar fasciitis. A good brace would use a solid footbed to create a stretch on the achilles and calf. This doesn't do that. After going to bed, an hour later I couldn't stand the discomfort any longer. Off it came. Useless for its intended purpose.

Hurts toes and doesn't stretch leg well
The design is poor. The angle it pulls from is too low on the leg, so it doesn't stretch the achilles very well. Instead it applies pressure to the toes, which hurts.

I was skeptical, at first.
I was skeptical on whether this would actually work, but it did. I've been having plantar fascia pain for a couple of years. I run 4 or 5 times a week and I thought it was the heel of the shoe. I stretch a lot before I run but I still had pain, especially in the morning when I got up.An acquaintance of mine got something similar his daughter and said it worked for him as long as he wore every night. Finally, I searched for a while and this one looked like the easiest to use. The first time I used it, the next morning I didn't feel that much pain in my heel and now I only feel some discomfort on occasion during the day. This will definitely lessen the pain and many times you won't feel any pain during the day. I imagine if I stopped stretching and running that I would have different results, but it worked for me.
