TIGI Catwalk Fashionista Shampoo for Unisex, Violet, 10.14 Fl Oz

First of all, the price point of this shampoo is great. I researched many of the other purple shampoos and most, if not all, were more pricey. I took a chance on this one and I am happy that I did.It isn't a shampoo that use every day. I don't feel that it is necessary to use it daily, so I use it anytime I feel like my highlights look dull or get that dreaded brassy hue.It lathers well and goes on the hair smoothly, and a little goes a long way. The scent is ok, not my favorite, but not sickening. I used the Color Lights in the past and I would feel nauseous for days until I could get the smell out. This one isn't that way.Best of all, it works! My hair has baylage highlights that are a sugar cookie color and a golden color. It maintains those colors very well. I would definitely recommend this shampoo to anyone looking to brighten their hair and not break the bank. This is just as good, maybe even better than the more expensive brands.

I get compliments on the color of my hair and I attribute it to this product. I use the catwalk purple creme rinse as well. It keeps my hair very white, not dull. The shampoo can be drying so I don't use it everyday. Sometimes I use the conditioner alone if my hair doesnt need washed.

I bought this to replace an old, old bottle of Fashionista. Well, this product is nothing like its namesake.The texture has changed , the colour has changed, the fragrance has changed, and the result after using it was very disappointing.TIGI/Cat Walk is not what it used to be. Pity, because it was such an excellent product only a small number of years ago.Thankfully the company has also changed its packaging - it's definitely a non-standout now. And since it blends so well with the thousands of other non-descript products on the shelf, maybe no one will notice it and make the mistake of actuallly buying it. The management of this company has apparently lost its way.

I have used other violet shampoos to tone occassional brassy highlights. Some of the others are terrible smelling, drying, or too magenta on the wheel.I was feeling like I really needed a lot of toning so I put a ton on and left on 5-10 min. It worked very well! Because my hair is highlighted though and really only the roots were brassy I wish I had only applied to the roots because it sort of over-toned what didn't need toning and to my eye appears dull. I was worried about a second wash-- if I used shampoo washing out the results or if I used it again-- depositing too much of the violet. I opted to mix half regular shampoo and halftime product and I think that's what. I'll do until until my next highlights.

Very watery and hard to spread through hair. Had to pour it kn my head and waste so much.

My hair was very "blonde/brassy". I did leave the shampoo in for a few minutes and after a few days, the brassy was gone. The silver gray looked much better. My hair was dyed gray. I don't know how it works on naturally grown out gray, but I like the results on my hair

This purple shampoo is the best out there - I swear! I’ve tried many purple shampoos that are much pricier and they don’t live up to this product. Catwalk smells amazing and keeps the bronze out of my blonde hair. I’ve purchased this product many times and recommend to all my friends!

Giving it a three because it’s shampoo not a dancing pony. This shampoo doesn’t have a lasting smell. My hair is too short to tell if it made it soft.
