This stuff is hit or miss to find in the store but is THE best for indigestion.

A friend sent me a bottle of these and then I bought some myself because I noticed that I was having way more energy from apparently digesting my food better. I do think this reduces stomach bloat significantly. It may just be because now food is getting processed better in my body. Anyways I feel better after taking this for a few weeks. I've been taking four chewable tablets with two meals a day. I would like to say that I hope they get rid of the coloring in these. Who needs to worry about that?
