We have been taking these whenever we feel a cold coming on because they are great for upper respitory healing & just a cold. These were reccomended by a Acupuncturist a while ago and we love them. We have even named them magic pills because they work like magic when you start to feel sick (we take 2 of them them 3 times a day when we feel it coming). We live in Seattle where there is no sunshine alot of the winter and so it seems people here get sick more often, but not with these. Between eating Healthy, Staying fit and these little gems we are great for the winter. Love these!
