Nice quality. Doesn’t fit big block puzzles, only thinner small peg or no peg puzzles.

Great quality! The rack only fits standard jig saw puzzle boards and small peg board puzzles. I wish the slats were a little farther apart to fit form board puzzles-the box design would be great in keeping puzzles together easily when stored.

I’ll be honest that I didn’t read reviews prior to buying this product, if I had I would’ve been aware of the issue I encountered prior.I’m short, I purchased the wire rack (shipping was faster and it was cheaper) only to realize upon its arrival that the rack corners were too concerning for me. The corner of the wire rack is not sharp but definitely a blunt edge so I was worried in case of injuries to the children. So I decided to order the wood puzzle case instead since it had rounded edges. The natural wood doesn’t fit into my decor but I figured I needed it to store puzzles regardless so it would just have to do. I was a bit surprised and also a tad disappointed when I tried to arrange the puzzles into the case and found that some Melissa and Doug puzzles don’t even fit… Again I would’ve known this from the comment had I taken a moment to read but to be fair I’ve never been disappointed with a Melissa & Doug product so I had full trust in it being what I wanted.

Bought this storage case for my kids for Christmas because they have about ten 9 x 12 Melissa & Doug puzzles, most of them are the chunky (thick pieces) type. I just assumed that this would be the perfect storage solution for their puzzle collection and the kids would be able to access them so much easier (instead of them being stacked on top of each other). I was so excited to get this and get things organized in their toy room, but when I tried to put the puzzles into the storage case, they won't fit!! I was soooooo disappointed. I almost wanted to pack it back up and return it, I was so mad. And it doesn't even say this very important fact in the item description that it ONLY FITS PEG OR FLAT PUZZLES!!! So I am still in the same situation I was in before, but now I have the few puzzles that do fit in the storage case, and the rest are still stacked on a shelf where they were before. If you have a lot of chunky puzzles like we do, please keep looking for another storage solution for your puzzles! DO NOT buy this product!!! Good luck!!

The 'Sounds and Songs' peg puzzles do not fit well in this rack. The pegs are too high to stack 12. You have to skip every other space to make them kinda fit, to fit 6.Really, this is made for the thin basic 12" puzzles, without pegs or anything fancy.It's sturdy to keep on a shelf, but I'm going to make sure my child doesn't stand on it.

This is very sturdy and well made. I only wish the puzzle slots on the side were a little longer...this would allow the kids more success in returning the puzzles. We fit the cube in our storage cupboard and the kids just take the puzzles in and out and the cube stays in the cupboard.
