This incense burner is gorgeous; I feel like a king using it! I use incense cones, so I was a little worried about all those holes. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that one cone truly is sufficient to provoke plenty of dense smoke to emanate from the holes!If I had to launch any complaints, they would be directed towards the ash tray. The holes in the ash tray make cleaning difficult. Further, I burned away some of the brass coating while I was lighting my incense.

Not only is it beautiful. Easy to use and you even get tongs for the charcoal. Just used it and love it. minor issue....Just burnt some resin and seems to have taken the paint of the lid off.

Beautiful burner. Nothing else like it on Amazon or the web. Also can be carried by base when lit without getting burned. The issue other reviewers said about ventilation are accurate. Charcoal and incense would not burn with lid in place. I solved that issue by drilling holes in the that coincide with every other hole in the base (see photo). Ventilation problem solved! Can now burn with top on. Give it 4 stars because I had to do that modification.

Works and looks great. Very solid and with a heavy feel to it.

The first one arrived with all the legs broken off. I got a replacement, which arrived in one piece. The material is a molded plastic material and looks quite nice. The cover however does not provide enough airflow and your coal will go out. The tings are not wide enough to pick up a standard sized charcoal brick. Overall, it looks nice. But I wish I had purchased a different product when it comes down to it.

Very cheaply made product. It looks absolutely hideous out of the box. Unfortunately, it doesn't work well, either. No matter what discs or resins use use for burning, you need to leave the top off to get the smoke to go anywhere. Once the top is on, it's extinguished in mere seconds.Also, the was a very off-putting cheap plastic smell that emitted from the product the first 4 uses that still lingers.My advice. Go to a Middle Eastern/Indian shoppe and get one that is solidly made, less gaudy that really works well. I did.

Alhamdulillah! We like it. It works very well and we found a supporting video on Youtube. It makes me miss back home (Africa) a lot. Smell and memories are connected.
