It works for now
I wish these would follow up after 6 months. It prevents back flow but I will be using this for liquid chlorine, one for soap, and one for plain water. We'll see how the flaps hold up.

Worked good for a replacement on my ac condensate pump. Flowed more water and didn't have any backflow. Plumbed inline.

Not for small drain lines
It took too much water behind it to open. Used a small 3/4 inch pvc p-trap instead. Would probably work well to prevent backflow in a normally pressurized flow line.

Affordable and reliable
