We love the what the ladybird heard books, great as always, very fun story and very colourful!

As with all the Julia Donaldson books they are a delight to read to the children.

Great story. Love the addition of the gruffalo on the beach!

Nice story, nice to have different characters but enough familiarity too, however there is no glitter in our copy which was always such a lovely addition to this series of books from JD and LM. It didn’t say glitter or no glitter in the description so I assumed it would be like the rest which left me disappointed. Is it just my copy or is everyone's like this?

It’s a cute book and just as good as the other books in the series

Another lovely Julia Donaldson What the Ladybird Heard book, fits perfectly with our seaside topic in Y1. The children loved it and we got some lovely writing from it too.
