Accurate in ear, okay on head.
I think the product is very useful and within range, baby had 103 degree fever measured at doctor's office via ear and this one read 102. Not bad for a cheap thermometer.

Easy to read / accurate thermometer
I use this thermometer on my 2 yr old, it works great. I think the ear measurement setting is less accurate than the forehead setting (always displays less fever than forehead option).
