i did not get free female cup as promised and shown in picture

Product was good but need some design improvement for women cup
The quality of product is top notch, good plastic only issue was collapsable pipe which get entangled sometime and female cup.The female cup has some spillage issue due to design issue specifically for older women, also they don't provide any product manual.I felt like female cup should have a soft rubberlining on it so that it get adjust to the body's uneven contour or cup can be made fully of soft silicon rubber.Overall good product.
