Tried pretty much everything but this one puts me to sleep faster, I stay asleep and don't wake up super groggy. I sometimes feel a little groggy if I take both the purple pills nothing crazy like some other products, but you might want to start with one 1 and see how you feel. Solid product, I'm starting to not look tired all the time!

Not sure if this is just my body tolerance but the sleeping aid doesn’t do anything for me. I don’t fall asleep faster sometimes I actually had several times when I couldn’t sleep all night after taking it but I don’t want to say it is a bad product but just didn’t work for me.It is true that the times I took it and it actually worked I had a really good quality sleep and I woke up revigorate even after crazy workouts.Unfortunately I feel like it doesn't always work but that can be just me and my high tolerance for sleep aids.I wanna mention that I never took sleep aids before and I was expecting more, especially that I use a lot of their products and I am a costumer for for “Animal” products for about 10 years now.That’s the only reason I give it 4 stars as I know they have good quality products and it can just be me and how my body reacts to it but I won’t buy it again

I love animal Products, but I have to give 1 star incase on person is experiencing the same thing as me which isn't fair to the product.Every EVERY single time... I wake up maybe middle of the night in a pool of sweat. Something in this product makes my body freak out. I have taken half of these ingredients in different products and had no issues, i'm not totally sure what it is. I emailed the company.

Amazing! I feel the difference in just a few days in how much energy I have when I wake up. Definitely recommend this product.
