Bad taste
Himalaya products are great but the taste of this is not for me. It’s so bad I can’t use it first thing in the morning as it makes me sick

Nice flavour but , not strong and effective enough to clean teeth properly. Plus they sweeten it too much . I will not buy again.

Severe inflammation of gums
Severe inflammation of gums, tongue and teeth occurred after using this toothpaste. Another reviewer has also experienced this, so it’s reassured me it’s the toothpaste as I was continuing to use days later despite my mouth, lips, gums and tongue swelling up making it uncomfortable to eat and symptoms not subsiding, in fact worsening. I’m not usually allergic to anything so it’s a surprise, but thought I’d leave a review to warn others.

The high mint content
I have redness around my lips from ? Mint content of toothpaste, hoped cinnamon would reduce this problem but sadly not
