Yes it will. The vm95 line of styli are interchangeable.

What weight should I set my tonearm and ant-skate for?

The weight is 2 grams and the antiskate should be 2 as well. It is the recommended settings per the manufacture.

Is this worth replacing the stock stylus that comes with the lp-120xusb? the at-vmn95e needle has broken twice on even after buying a replacement

Yes. Are you sure youre buying a genuine AT vm95E stylus or a generic? I had to replace my stock VM95E needle because it was slightly bent but I replaced it with the VM ML needle. Expensive but much better

Is this compatible with the Fluance RT81?

Yes, it is. I have the Audio Technica AT-LP120X turntable with the same pre-installed cartridge as the Fluance RT81. So yes, you can use this stylus with the Fluance. I hope that helps.
