Bought this as a gift, lovely wood. It is great at what it does, although pretty basic simple UI. It does the job well, good brightness, viewing angle and the app works as expected. Seller has been more than happy to answer any user questions, which has been very helpful.

Good quality images and easy to use

Very nice gift , looks nice and works well, but the interface and app is a bit clunky. When you upload from a phone and check the preview it's fine, when you look on the frame it often needs adjusting or re cropping/flipping so the image isn't cut off. And sometimes some pics just aren't suitable. Doesn't auto flip either from landscape to portrait. Lovely gift, but for the price I think it's a bit clunky.

Perfect just what we needed for all our photographs easy to use.

I thought purchasing a major brand would ensure this was easy to use and set up. Relatively easy to set up, but there are several configuration menus and seems overly complicated. The app only allows for uploading (which seems for some reason to allow an initial selection of images and then only 9 images can be uploaded to the frame at a time). Once this is done, it seems to not upload further images. The frame also doesn’t have a random button. DO NOT BUY THIS. I will be retuning this one ASAP.

We bought this for my parents. We all live overseas and can now upload photos for them as regularly as we want! It was a wonderful present and they have loved it! It’s very easy to setup and use too.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a review on Amazon but this product has lead me to break that habit in hope others can make a more informed decision and avoid this product.I noticed a mix of 1 or 5* reviews and wrote off the more critical ones as having received a faulty product but none seemed to mention the issues I faced. None of which were a deal breaker for me, but enough small problems that mounted up to make the product beyond disappointing.I gravitated towards Kodak as it is a named brand I recognized and trusted that would mean quality over others that I’d not heard of.I bought this as a gift for my parents, my father complained that photo frame itself kept switching off while he was trying to do the initial setup. This was discovered to be a poor connection where the power adaptor fits in to the frame. It took a handful of attempts to position the plug in a way that meant the photo frame would switch on again. We agreed that once the frame was set up it wouldn’t need to be moved, so could potentially overlook the problem.The next issue baffled us, there’s no option to set the internal clock to GMT (London). Every other timezone was available, ultimately conceding to setting the time to GMT+1 (Amsterdam) and adjusting the time to run an hour behind. Again, not a huge issue but another annoyance.The primary function we purchased this for was so I could upload photographs to the photo frame for my parents while I was abroad. The email function has no setup instructions in the manual, and the photo frame itself only listed a handful of domains it would accept emails from (Gmail being acceptable but Outlook/ MSN/ Hotmail not listed. However at least Outlook was listed in the manual as acceptable).I trialed sending an email with an attached photograph to the email address of the photo frame and investigated the rest of the features. The photo frame had a handful for demonstration photographs already attached, the screen was bright and the images looked great, however when transitioning from one image to the next the movement of one picture sliding out of frame was laggy and stutters, not a smooth transition at all.Having to concede and work around disappointing issues every step of the way I ultimately decided to return the photo frame to replace with a different brand. Extremely disappointed as this isn’t an obvious cheap/ knock off brand but I had to check this product was a legitimate brand and not an imitation.

I bought this as the price was good but it's proved quite frustrating. Random pics don't load, the auto rotate is sporadic at best and the overall interface is a bit rubbish. If you have the budget, get a high end one.
