I did not get a scoop with mine. It's not great tasting, but neither is fresh celery juice. I add sea salt to it, which makes it doable and I use a small coffee frother/mixer to mix it up because, like cocoa powder, it won't just dissolve and will clump.

can i keep powder after opening in refrigerator?

We have never refrigerated it. You probably could, but it’s very fine powder and the damp might not be good for it.

How many stalks of celery does each serving equal?

As I transfer product to another container, I toss bag it comes in.
