This was easy to assemble. I put it together in 30 minutes. I’ve always loved Z Racks for their ability to nestle together. Storage capacity on this size is good. Easy to hang things on, functional for what I use it for - hanging my hanging succulent pots indoors during winter. Wheels are smooth and it’s an excellent value for the money as long as you don’t plan on overdoing it with the hangers. Here’s the thing: there are everyday Z racks and then you have industrial which are not adjustable like this one. I have one of those and there’s a difference. Know that you are getting something adjustable and that if it has the little buttons you push in to set the height, it’s a hollow tube. The top bar also has this button to assemble it. This told me that there would be some limitations if I were to use it for something extremely heavy like yards and yards of fabric but this is for hanging clothing in a space you don’t have a closet pole in. It’s great for transporting clothing but in other reviews I’ve seen, I can tell that the rack has either not been properly assembled or tightened. You have to finish assembling it before adding weight to it.At first, one of the little buttons got stuck but I stuck my finger inside the tube and made a slight adjustment and it worked fine. Again, this is an adjustable rack and it’s different from the commercial racks which are not adjustable in any way, shape, or form.I did my research and would I buy this for clothing? Yes. I wouldn’t over-fill it with hangers because of the seam in the center of the rod. Would I buy it to store hanging pots indoors during winter? Yes.Ultimately, I am very pleased with my purchase. I knew what I was buying due to research and knowing the intended purpose - to replace a small folding rack I had been using for years and lost a pin to.It works, it’s convenient, and I’m keeping the box to store it in once Winter is over. It’s doing the job I expected and that’s to hold my hanging baskets.

Nice racks, easy to assemble with adjustable height. Fit nicely with our current fleet of racks. If I could change one thing, the rolling frame and the vertical and horizontal bars would be one piece instead of two pieces you have to bolt and screw together.

Second Order Update:We ordered a second rack, and shipping was fast. It was the same high-quality rack, but the box and plastic wrappings smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. Even after unboxing/unwrapping the rack, it still smelled of cigarette smoke. We have two asthmatics in the house, and the odor from the box was enough to trigger an asthma attack for both of us. We had to leave the rack outside for three days for the odor to dissipate.-----------------------First Order:The rack was very easy to assemble, even with just one person. The wheels/casters are always a concern for me because the last thing you want is to load the rack full of clothing and then try to move it and struggle to budge it. This rack's wheels glide easily, even after the rack is loaded with heavy clothing. I suspect this rack will continue to perform wonderfully for many, many years.
