This is a xylitol product that she has created with her name. You have to be careful because not all xylitol gums and mints are created equally. Some contain other artificial sweeteners which cause problems. Others don't contain as much xylitol. Some are more expensive or just taste plain bad. This is a large bag of good tasting mints. They remind me of those famous mints that come in a tin can except these are not that strong and they are actually good for you.I will tell you a short story.A few years ago, I went to the dentist and they told me that I had receding gums in two areas. They wanted to do a gum transplant or something horrible like that. The periodontist told me that it can not get better, that it was most likely genetic and just something I have to have surgically done to correct.I was l already familiar with Dr. Ellie, but have to admit, had been a little lazy with my oral care at home.I said to the periodontist that I would prefer to watch and wait, and see if I can do some things to reverse the problem. He told me that he was fine with watching and waiting, but there was no way it could get better without surgery, and that it may get very bad very quickly if I don't have the surgery.I got hard core about using Dr. Ellie's simple system including using xylitol. I went back to the dentist about 6 months later, and they had to admit, it wasn't worse, and in fact actually looked a little better.They have not brought up gum surgery to me again since then.Blessings to you, Dr. Ellie.

I love these xylitol mints so much! I have been following Dr. Ellie Philip's dental routine for months and one of the big things she discusses is the need for xylitol. It's been a game changer for me and I can't live without these. They are delicious but they have truly helped my dry mouth and I am already noticing positive changes with my overall oral health. I've tried other brands of xylitol tablets and they are NOT the same as Ellie's. These are a must have! Love!

Wonderful mints, good consistency and hard/soft balance. Cinnamon taste lasts, liking the level of spiciness. Glad to be trying the mouth resting process. 1 before bed, 1 in the morning after I brush.

We like these xylitol mints. Good peppermint flavor and smooth. The value for money, being manufactured in Canada, is not good. They run 50% higher than some just as good Made in California mints.

My whole family loves these mints. We have tried many on the market but always come back to these despite them being very expensive. Love all the flavors but the cinnamon is especially nice! Really works at keeping breath fresh and keeps plaque away! Will keep purchasing.

VERY hard but the flavor is good and I like the xylitol sweetener, as it’s good for my teeth. I LOVE this brand’s Fruit flavored chewing gum the best but wanted something that would dissolve so I wasn’t looking for a trash can for the gum once it lost its flavor. I might go back to the gum because I like the texture and taste but these mints do last a long time in the mouth.

Taste just like spearmint, but not too strong. The flavor doesn't linger either. If you wait 5-10 minutes after eating them, you can eat or drink something else without it tasting like spearmint too. I can't wait to try another flavor.

i enjoy the zellies mints.. i have noticed a cleaner feeling less dry mouth, but have only been using for a week..time will tell how well my teeth heal! nice mild mint flavor. mints are the size of an aspirin.
