This is the answer I have been looking for. Not only does it hydrate & soften, it actually improves problems that have plagued me for a long time.

Not sure why it got so many stars. My physician recommended this cream, but I felt it is thin and did not more than MUCH less expensive creams do! I would never purchase this again.
