Was opened when it arrived
It had opened in the bag it was sent in. Planned on returning and then decided to try it. I’m very glad I did my hair feels fantastic. I’m keeping it and putting some in a travel container so it won’t leak.

Works great
This conditioner effectively removes chlorine and conditions hair and it smells fantastic. It’s also reasonably priced.

Smells like those yellow lemon starbursts
This stuff seriously smells so good. But, upon arrival the top of the bottle was ripped open and half of it spilled out. So, I don’t know how well this stuff works, but just by the smell of it I got a refund and have another arriving Friday. I swim 5-6 days a week, staying in the pool for an hour each practice. Hopefully this stuff is good 🙏🏼

Great consistency and smell
My fragile blonde hair has gotten to the point of not being able to take shampoo after swimming, due to it being so dry. This product is the perfect replacement being light enough to use almost all the way to my roots, but nourishing enough to leave my hair soft and silky after hours in the chlorine. It is a fantastic product that I can always count on to give my hair what it needs and as an added bonus it has a heavenly orange smell that is to die for. No overly perfumey scent here to give you a headache - just pure natural goodness to start off your day right! I feel like I am in a high class salon or yoga studio every time I use it :)

The cap won't close tight once you open it for the first time.
I don't like the cap closure. It has come open inside my bag and I had shampoo on everything else that was in the bag. I think a twist on cap would be safer. After I opened the cap the first time it never closed tight enough and it comes open easily.

Best clarifying conditioner
I do laps in a chlorinated pool (I’m in there an hour at a time) but I also put some coconut oil in my hair beforehand and I wear a swim cap. And I use Paul Mitchell Shampoo Three clarifying shampoo. All these things keep my hair from getting dry and damaged and smelling like chlorine. The conditioner works wonders. It leaves my hair soft and smooth. Glad I found it after trying many different products.

Oh this is wonderful!
Just less than a dime sized dollop rubbed through my wet hair and the pool stink is GONE and my hair which is frosted, feels glorious when it's dry. I usually air dry it but have used a dryer and styled as usual and been well pleased! The best is how soft my hair is afterwards and definitely no smell but that of the conditioner. Tube will last a long time for my just above the shoulders cut as you don't need much and it combs through quite easily. I will be buying again!

Best conditioner for after swimming
I've been using another conditioner for years which works fine by the way, but Exershield is really really nice. I normally don't like scented products but the lemony scent is so nice. I use a chlorine blocker on my hair before I swim and the extra conditioning step is great. Soft hair after swimming laps in a pool for 40 minutes.
