I adore this tea, can’t wait to wake up in the morning and drink it. It so delicious, the rose petals are very fragrant.Excellent quality, does not make me nauseous at all, like some other black teas.

Love this tea! The tea leaves are a little large for my strainer, but they break up well if you want them smaller. Cute canister!

LOVE this tea! Low tannins, smooth, delicious! First time purchasing loose in a tea caddy. Concerned about the use by date on the foil bag versus the label on the metal tin… Please see foto. Foil bag: 01/2027, metal tea caddy: 04/2028. That’s almost a year’s difference! Tea used to be available as whole leaf in teabags. Miss that packaging (for ease of use), and wish they would bring it back! 5-star product, 4-star rating due to the date issue.

While Lapsang Souchong is certain my favorite black tea, it's not all created or packed equally. This is certainly some of the most delicious Lapsang Souchong I've ever had, the smoothness is sweet and perfectly balances the smokiness. Drinking this is at once utterly relaxing and energetically motivating, perfectly illustrated by the iconic feline one finds on the delightful tin.Conveniently, the tin latches closed and is not too flimsy as such tins go. Additionally the tea arrived sealed securely within a high-quality bag inside the tin, and the tin itself was packed decently as well. My only complaint that this tea was so good I went through it faster than I should have; as such it may be a dangerous indulgence if you love good tea! So you should probably buy it.
