First day using these patches, i will be coming back in a few weeks with an update on results. Package was a clear zip bag with a little sheet inside with the patches. To be honest you may need a magnifying glass to read it as the writing is tiny, but other than that Package arrived super fast, I look forward to coming back with some results

I was a sceptical at first but after a week of wearing the patches my appetite started to be suppressed in a Positive way and I started eating less and feeling full on less volume of food. I bought them early March and a month later I have lost 12 pounds. I have increased my activity levels but fir me I have always loved food so to suppress the want to over eat has been great, I have cut down to a very light lunch and eat what I want in the evening- I can now only eat half a chineese and the rest goes in the fridge and stays there!!!

Rubbish. They don't do a thing. Even following a strict diet and exercise plan. There's no easy way out I'm afraid. It takes hard work.

I would not recommend these if you have sensitive skin, the adhesive on the stickers are too strong bruised my skin on my arm and around my belly button. When I bathed in water. I had pain inside my belly button.

I've combined these, xls medical and healthier eating and exercise and seem to have lost 6 pounds in 5 days ... so it's a thumbs up from me

Waste of my money. It did not do what it says on the website.

Noticed no change since having used them but will carry on and see.
