Will this work with paypal here, and does it support android and iphone?

It works great with PayPal here on my iPhone. I don't think it works with android, per the downloaded documentation.

I have received the device but when trying to pair it with my ipad the ipad asks for a pin. where can i find that? strangely, there was no instruction
