Superfeet BLUE Professional-Grade Orthotic Shoe Inserts for Medium Thickness and Arch Insole

After trying on at least six different types of insoles, these worked best for me! My podiatrist recommended these and a couple of other brands so I ordered everything he suggested and then some more. I wanted to try some highly rated (and less expensive ones) along with these. Sadly, the cheaper ones just didn't make the cut and were annoying to wear. I have a normal instep and these provide the added support without taking up too much extra room in the foot bed.In summary, if you have a normal instep these will probably work for you. I wear women's size 10 shoe and did NOT have to make any adjustments to the insole. These are designed so that you can trim them to fit. I would recommend buying them.

Fits well in my shoes. Easy in and out. I transfer them to my sports shoes when I'm exercising. Great product. Arches stopped hurting after wearing them regularly.

Fit inside my fashion trainers perfectly and as they are solid they stay in place. They provide some support which is making it easier to walk and stand for long periods. I could probably have benefitted from a higher arch support but that’s not the fault of the support.

if you have any little pains in your body, try these. I'm not saying it cures you but man after putting these in my shoes I felt no more backpain during walks, trade shows and other long standing events. My knee was playing up after a walk. it's gone now. I have been visiting specialists and was given (paid loads of money) advise and products made by specialist to wear in my shoes. It never helped and was actually painful. Last resort was Superfeet. I wish I had bought them 20 years ago. In fact I went form 5 km walks with pain everywhere to 25 km painless walks. Just by correcting your feet they way they were meant to be. Best Buy to give your life enjoyment.
