It's recommended to put the new loaf tin in oven at temperature 350 F (180 C) for about minimum 15 mins and max one hour and afterwards wash it thoroughly and the pan is ready to use.

Can these be used in the Ninja 451 AF

The size of the Loaf tin is not compatible with the size of Air fryer basket of Ninja 451 AF. The dimensions of Loaf tin exceed the capacity of the air fryer basket.

Do I need to grease or line as I would a metal one?

No - that is the great thing about these. They are flexible and you can turn the loaf out straight away after baking. Easy to clean ! Remember to heat it in the oven empty as instructed before you use it for baking and note there is a maximum temperature of 230 c to keep below. Good luck
