MYSWEETY 110/220V 12v 30a Dc Universal Regulated Switching Power Supply 360w for LED Strip Light CCTV Radio Computer Project

I love this power supply. It is a great value but you need to keep the following in mind: You have the opportunity to be in contact with AC main power source if the AC power cord wires come loose from the screw contacts. There is a very nice flip-up plastic cover but this won't prevent wires from pulling out. I installed ring terminals and soldered them onto each of my power wires and then secured them under the supplied screw mounts. Be sure to select your AC line input voltage on the side slide switch which was located on the right side of the case. Mine was labeled US but was set for Europe at 230 VAC instead of 115 VAC. The outputs are 3 +V that are in parallel and 3 -V that are also in parallel. If you want to use the full 30A output maximum, you'll need to connect all 3 of +V terminals together to a large size wire to minimize resistance losses and of course using another large wire connect all 3 of the -V terminals together and run them both to your load. I'm using this to power a car radio for a portable sound system. I will connect ham radios later that will use up to 22 A peak current at 13.8VC..... I used a high accuracy DMM to adjust the output voltage to 13.77 VDC (just shy of my 13.8 VDC required). The green power LED and voltage adjustment right next to it on the PS main board is a major plus.

It gives zero volts on its output and nothing actually energizes (nor the fan, the led, etc) and YES, i have switched over both of the AC inputs just in case, which i did right away after noticing that the right AC input for me didnt worked (120V). What disappoints me more is that i have actually sended an email to the supplier about the bundle i bought them (CNC 1610 + this power supply) because my CNC wasnt working right either and i have already waited for over a month and i haven't received a single response. So i'm very unsatisfied with what i bought because i spended around 200 USD on this supplier and nothing of what i bought actually worked. This is the very first time that this happens to me and that, at the same time, i receive no response from supplier.

This is the second "Universal Power Supply" from Amazon, and is really nice!It has well marked hookups, for Both the 12 VDC, as well as the MAINS power input! This has been the number one problem that I have read, in ALL reviews on such power Supplies from Amazons sources (China).The ONLY other issue I have read was hooking up to "American" Voltage 120 AC and the unit being set for 220, I Inspected all "Six Sides" of the unit, and there is a Very Visible Switch "Cut out" of the right side of the metal panel, SHOWING the switch Which was set to 120 Volts.So This Unit provides me with All the Amperage to run my Motor, designed to pump out an RV's waste Tank.I am powering a Small Engine Lathe with it and Doing OK, the motor showed an Amp rating Higher than my (several other) power supplies provided, one for CB Radio @ 10 Amps would have maxed its output, and I prefer to run at less than MAX OUT for the safety of the Electronics.I do notice that there are 3 (three) 12VDC outputs and one review said they had to "Wire all three into one Main Output, for their needs" I will find out if that is the case and update this if needed.I only need 12 Amps for this motor!

I can't seem to find instructions on how to hook this up online, so I'm putting it here for future shoppers. If your input is 120v, connect hot to L, neural to N, and ground to ground. There are three +'s and three -'s, use each pair to supply 12v power. If your input is 240v, connect the second hot to N.

Perfect... Cant say anything better than that.. I owned a lot of power supplies and I must say the quality of this one is excellent.

just as described and probably overkill for my needs (long run of LED strip) but worked great. If under load, the cooling fan can make a little noise. Not something that concerns me but work noting.
