Comfort is ok. Suggested king size is not remotely close to king size, in fact it is standard sized. These are advertised as 28"x20" (King should be approximately 36"x20"), these pillows are 26"x20", exactly standard sized. I have been using this pillow for about 2 weeks now and I have no complaints. It is not too firm and not too soft. Very comfortable and perfect size. The pillow fits snugly in a standard size pillow case. It came in the packaging very flat but I left it out to expand for a couple days and it expanded to normal size. There was no odor to the pillow. Would definitely recommend this pillow!

I received this rolled up thing and was not impressed. However, once I picked it up by its case and bounced it up and down for a minute or two, that quickly changed. This is the Most comfortable pillow I have ever had. Firm yet yielding, it molds to the shape you want and holds it. I will be buying more.

There is a slight adjustment period as this pillow is firmer than what I've been used to for the last 5 years, but now it's great. I will say though it's a good idea to flip it about once a month as it molds to your head and headrest in kind of a wedge shape.

This is a quality pillow. It is thick and firm so I purchased their other memory foam pillow that is soft and thinner to put on top of this.

Very comfortable. Took a day for the loft to cum up after being in a tight shipping tube. Mild odor that dissipated after several days. Sleeping better.

I saw my coworker bought this pillow the other day.. and I found this pillow is very soft so I decided to buy one and try... this is the best pillow I have ever used so for. I just love it, very soft and comfortable . I gave one to my friend and she loves it too!!!
